STT ENGINEERING is an Italian engineering firm based in Milan specialized in CFD HVAC SIMULATION. The CFD HVAC (computational fluid dynamic HVAC) is a simulation tool that allows you to study and verify air flows, heat exchanges and the trend of physical parameters affecting HVAC systems. The CFD finds particular application in cleanroom (clean rooms) and in controlled contamination environments and equipment. The HVAC CFD is generally required both in the design phase and in the verification and validation phase. CFD SIMULATIONS ADVANTAGES
CFD simulations allow to obtain a graphical display of the parameters that affect complex HVAC systems. These include flow lines, heat exchanges, particle diffusion, pressure gradients, temperature gradients and contaminant concentration. The graphic result elaborated by the CFD post processing systems allows to clearly understand the phenomena that affect the analyzed system, identifying the critical issues and the improvement actions that can be implemented in the design phase.
Thanks to CFD simulations, the parameters to be checked are quantitatively measurable and graphically viewable. This makes it possible to predict the behavior of the plant by reducing the safety coefficients adopted during the sizing phase. The result that follows is a less cumbersome, less expensive and that will require less energy. It is possible to repeat the simulation until obtaining the best system or device configuration.

As is known, HVAC systems serving critical and complex structures are characterized by a high design difficulty that reduces their reliability.
